The Project, a ministry of Heritage Presbyterian Church (PCA), reaches out to central Paraguay by building reformed, cohesive, people-focused churches that stress teaching, missions, counseling, and mercy ministry. Project Paraguay also supports other community-help projects such as a school that provides education for children who otherwise may not find a learning environment in their impoverished area. The global strategy is to eventually take this project into other countries, blessing the Latin American community through material and spiritual aid.
