 The Project in the US: The Project Paraguay board is looking into rearranging the Project this upcoming year. Pray for guidance as the board considers options such as 501c-3 status and expanding its partnerships with US churches from multiple denominations. Pastor Maureira will be visiting the United States in January to speak with the Project Paraguay board. Pray for travel graces. El Renuevo: El Renuevo continues to grow. This past weekend (October 5) the congregation witnessed three new baptisms and two men from the community accepted Christ. The theater evangelism group performed at two different schools this month and received encouraging responses. Please pray that they might find more opportunities to spread the gospel in public areas. The Sunday School will be holding another 'Talent Store' for the children in the upcoming weeks. Children who attend regularly and bring friends earn 'talents' that they can use to 'purchase' school supplies and other small gifts at the 'store.' Pray that El Renuevo can continue to minister to the children with delight, excitement and love. Please pray as the session considers future church-plants. Barrio Parque: A small youth group has begun to form at the church. Please pray that adults and young people from the area will feel the Lord's call to commit to His family.
